A refundable core charge of $1500 will be required unless your exchange injectors are returned in advance. If any exchange injectors are damaged you will be charged $250 per damaged injector to replace them with new ones. We allow a maximum of 2 months for exchange injectors to be returned, if we have not received your injectors within this timeframe your core charge will not be refunded.

Chasing max power from your 1HD-FTE? High flow injectors will provide a step change increase in performance

+30 - upgrade the power potential from std (150-180kw) to 220-240kw with these injectors.

+70 - These will go nicely with a high flow turbo capable of running over 40psi. Expect to get 270 to over 300kW with these injectors, upgraded turbo and chip.

We also like the idea of running these injectors with a high flow turbo and no module/chip to get as good power as a chipped late model HDJ100. This will need a “boost dongle” to prevent the ECU from applying boost cut.

If fitting high flow injectors, this is the time to fit a high flow airbox as the factory airbox cannot process enough air flow. PDI do a high flow airbox that utilises the 200 series panel filter and has over centre latches to hold the lid down.

Also this is the time to consider a heavy duty clutch (if you are have a manual transmission). We suggest the NPC 1300nm clutch is the best performing and has best clutch engagement and pedal feel. At PDI we like to machine the original Flywheel for better torque handling and also keeping the original bolt holes (in case you blow a clutch and can only get a OEM clutch for getting home again).
