PDI Toyota 1HD-FTE Conversion Wiring Harness for DIY.

NOTE: Doesn’t include engine harness, alternator harness or starter wire harness.

We have developed these harnesses for our own use when doing FTE engine swaps to simplify the wiring side of things and are suited to early manual transmission (or those with standalone auto computer) swaps. The way we do it, isn’t the only way, but the one that make most sense to us.

For the early model 105 (pre mid 2002) these come with a harness that connects into the factory fuse box so that fuses and relays in there can be (instead of taking feeds and mounting relays in the glovebox space).

If you have a late (post mid 2002) model HZJ105 want to connect the relays into the fuse box, this is possible, but (to get the connectors) its best to find a late model HDJ100 engine bay loom. We have a cut down sample harness for this that can be borrowed (deposit required) to see how to install in the fuse box.

If you are wanting to install in the 80 series, we have instructions and a diagram on how to connect the wiring using std spade connectors.
