PDI 1HD-FTE Cross Over Delete Kit

This is specifically for those who already have a PDI intercooler and want to remove the crossover and EGR valve.
The PDI 1HDFTE Cross Over Delete intake adapter with 2.5” entry is designed with many neat features.

Two boost ports with brass fittings to connect to the MAP sensor and separately to the boost gauge.

M16x1.5 thread for relocating the intake air temp sensor.

Bracket and mounting for the MAP sensor directly on the adapter. This means engine harness wiring stays on the engine (to reduce fatigue issues on the harness itself).

Mounting for the MAP sensor filter, above the boost source so it can self drain back into the intake system (as the factory intended).
Additional Information
The different kits include the parts required to switch from a normal setup to installing the crossover delete.
For the 100/105 and the 80 series, that includes the top pipe stainless pipe and silicon. For the 79 series, it includes all (2) the cold side pipes for the alternate routing.
if you have a late model 100 series FTE engine, the motor butterfly setup must remain connected electrically as the ECU needs to get the right response. For the 70 series and early 100, either keep the butterfly VSV connected or replace it will a good size 33-39ohm resistor.
