60 series HJ61 HJ60 FJ60 Landcruiser (4 bolt master) PDI Dual Diaphragm Upgraded Brake Booster

The PDI brake booster is a significant upgrade (50%) to the 60 series, which had a single diaphragm unit. It will fit on auto models and manual with the standard clutch master cylinder, but not if you have the vacuum assist on the clutch master cylinder (due to interference).

If you have the vac assisted clutch booster, you can change it out for a non assisted clutch master, but this will require cutting and re-flaring of the hydraulic line for the clutch. Considering the improvements in clutch design, a new clutch will probably negate the need for vacuum assist and this will allow for the PDI brake booster to be installed.

Braking upgrades should be done in conjunction with power increases and we have found the biggest improvement can be achieved with this mod.
