PDI High Performance Airbox

Built for performance and durability, this airbox is engineered to outperform factory systems in both power and protection.
Optimised Cast Alloy Construction
The airbox features a cast alloy lid and housing, precision moulded for optimal internal airflow and resistance to distortion under heat and load. The sealing surface is CNC machined to ensure a perfect, dust proof seal critical for harsh off road environments.
High Flow 4” Inlet & Outlet
Equipped with a 4 inch inlet and 4 inch outlet, this system maximises air delivery to the turbo. Increased airflow reduces turbo scavenging, improving boost response and helping maintain optimal air fuel ratios (AFR) for better performance and efficiency.
Largest Panel Filter Capacity
Designed using a 200 Series Land Cruiser panel filter, this airbox supports both OEM and aftermarket options. By utilising the larger 200 Series filter design, it delivers increased filtration surface area compared to smaller factory setups, improving airflow and extending service intervals.

Integrated Water Drain System
A built in water drain outlet prevents water accumulation during heavy rain or water crossings. It utilises the factory style dust seal drain found in 100 Series and VDJ79 airboxes, and mirrors the original design used in 80 Series inner guard ducting.
Each unit is supplied with a foam block and is also compatible with a genuine Toyota dust cover (Part No. 17743-50010) for added protection.
Quick Access Latch System (No Bolts)
Forget tools and lost hardware this airbox uses stainless steel over centre latches to provide consistent sealing pressure and allow rapid inspection. No spanners or sockets required and no risk of over tightening or damaging the seal.
These boxes are designed to go onto a upgraded turbo with a round entry on the turbo for sliding on a 3” silicon pipe. If running a factory turbo and standard injectors, the airflow on the factory airbox will be sufficient.
